The team are on hand to give guidance and advise on creating and customising a combination of programs/treatments to target any individual concerns or needs each client may have. We recognise each individual as unique and so devise techniques and protocols using advanced products and equipment that can give a different dimension to every therapy or hair treatment.


Walk in appointments are always welcome but to avoid disappointment it is recommended you book any appointment in advance, giving as much notice as possible for popular evening and weekend slots as availability quickly becomes limited. Alternatively you can simply reserve ‘TIME’ and leave the rest to us.


To ensure you receive your entire treatment time allocation, please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. This enables you to become familiar with your surroundings, enjoy a refreshing drink from the available menu and relax whilst completing your consultation form. If you are unavoidably late, We will endevour to complete your appointment in full, although please be aware this may not always be possible. Various hair and beauty services will require a patch test a minimum of 24 hours prior to treatment. Please be aware of this when scheduling your appointment to allow for this safety procedure


Please notify us if you are pregnant or have any special medical considerations or allergies, as some treatments may need to be adapted prior to your visit. If you are undertaking medical treatment, a doctors note may be advisable. We are more than happy to arrange any special requirements for you, for instance lunch, beverage choices can be made available upon request. During treatments your modesty will be protected at all times and disposable briefs can be provided in treatments where necessary.


Gift Vouchers may be used towards treatments or products. They are a great idea for that special occasion. They can be either collected from the salon or posted out to you or the recipient. Vouchers are non-refundable and regrettably no responsibility can be taken for lost / expired vouchers. Vouchers are valid for 6 months. Available in any denomination or treatment of your choice.


You may compose a ‘WISH LIST’ of treatments or products. This can be left in salon for friends & family to choose a gift in the knowledge it will be greatfully received. Monthly Direct Debit options are also available - please ask for more details.

The salon can also be hired out for the day, evening with the team and refreshments to accomodate special occasions... Hen parties, birthday parties, girlie get together etc.


As courtesy to other clients, please try to provide at least 24 hours notice should a cancellation be necessary . This allows the salon to accommodate any client on a waiting list. I appreciate sometimes the unexpected may occur but repeat cancellations or missed appointments can result in a charge being used. Notification will always be greatly appreciated.
